The greatswords are my favorite in the demo, but the demo only shows so much - I'm also an axe-a-lottle, but the axe in the demo is pretty underwhelming. Hope that's not the case in the full game.

I feel like it was publicity to try and garner some goodwill. The delay isn't showing in the final product.

It is, user. It's small stuff that all really adds up; the network test and the current demo feel significantly different. Like the demo is a sequel game to the network test using the same engine but with tweaks and changes following player feedback. They're pretty based for doing this.
The low effort part, though, is the hub. It's fun and cute to fall asleep in various areas but the running animation and the really boring empty layout shows they shat it in last minute.

As much as I like the character creator: Why is it so hard for them to get colors consistent? Metallic colors on face paint get to be their bright selves, but put them on the clothing, and it just gets all muddied and dark.
