Based mods gacha is no longer welcome here, gtfo.

0) State your game's title and genre of gameplay.
Feel free to elaborate if it doesn't easily fit into a certain genre.
Essentially provide on overview of what the player is going to be doing in the game.
Do not go into details about the gacha systems, that's a different section.

1) Gacha
You should describe what rolling systems are in place (bonuses of tendfolds; pity systems; sparking; crafting).
Also point out how dupes are treated. Do they power up the duped unit (how many to max?). Are they used for other systems?
Listing rates is encouraged.
Also point out sources of currency and how quickly one can save up for a tenfold or other notable threshold as pertains to the game.
Approach this from a collectors point of view, as in how easy it is to grab stuff you want on a banner.
Do NOT talk about powercreep, SSR vs SR power gaps and the like. That is for the next section.
We are only concerned with how easy it is to grab a particular unit you'd like. Don't consider actual gamplay.

2) Gameplay Progression
Here you should describe how easy it is to clear stuff like story, material missions and events as a free to play.
Can you coast by on freebies? Are there specific units that you need to get anywhere? How lucky do you need to be in the gacha?
Will you hit a wall if you don't pull that brand new SSR or can you get creative with what your current roster is composed of?
What timegates/powergates prevent you from moving forward?
In short, you want to explain to someone who plans to use $0 what they can expect from the game progress wise.
The less hampered they are, the better. Rerolling as a work around is ok but will be taken into consideration when grouping the list.

3) PVP
Does it exist? If so how central/impactful to the main game is it? Is it the main game?
Can a F2P get relevant rewards from it? If not how much of a gap is there between F2P and whale rewards?
PVP is not necessarily bad in of itself but gets a bad rep as devs have abused the system to heavily encourage spending or be forever unable to do anything.

REMEMBER: this is NOT a tier list that is being built though it may indicate indirectly which games may be more desireable.
Regardless, the main goal is to provide useful info on the more well known (and maybe lesser known) gachas and what one can expect if they are curious about the genre.

The old list

Imagine playing gacha.

>God tier story, literally encapsulates most of human history and dozens of mythologies while exploring deep characters like Solomon and Mashu
>Gameplay that can be cleared with bronze units through sheer skill due to how well designed it is
>Writing by some of the most well known and acclaimed Japanese authors (Gen Urobuchi, Kinoko Nasu, etc)
>Always pushing the bar higher and expanding its lore, scale, and mechanics

If you don't play FGO you're either an out of touch boomer or a retard with no self control to avoid paying for quartz

A requirement for this should be having experience of said game a year minimum.

Wait, wait,wait someone SAVED this?
Neat.
I'll be keeping notes for any entries then.

All gacha games are shit tier.

this is fucking bullshit. why are you not deleting these threads mods? this is actual cancer.

kill yourselves. go to /vg/. stay the fuck off this board you comebrain retards

Your copy pasta isnt helping.

This isnt a tier list though.
It's a info list that's trying to cover its bases.

Into the mindnigger ERP tier it goes

But this isnt for a specific gacha?
But fine if this gets deleted again I guess i'll try my hand there.

Here's your info on gacha games:

Nominating Dragalia Lost be moved down a tier following recent content updates.

Explain, while you at it, why not make a full entry for the game?

FGO is only bad if you're an autist who absolutely needs the rarest units in the game for no reason other than to say you have them.
The entire game can be completed easily with common 3 stars and 4 stars, and many of them are stronger than a lot of 5 stars.

Interesting.
Care to share sources?
Since you seem well versed, maybe fill out an entry?

This is a blatan out lie, while you can clear content to some extent with lowe rarity units, having stronger ones obviously gives you noticeable edge on events and fights. This is some retarded drone missinfo.

Point out the lie in my post.

GFL
0. A strategy team builder gacha game

1.
You get 4 unit rolls daily, with a weekly that pays out 5. Going to need to scrap lower tier units for core resources to power up your mains.
Drop rates per recipe: sangvis.science/list/all

2. The CN server gives out hundreds of cores and thousands of EXP boosts, that update will come to EN in a month or 2. You can get hampered by the EXP, core and resource grinding, but adding a bunch of random friends and using their death squads to clear the maps for you can last until chapter 8 to unlock the better resource sources.

3. The only PVP is a ranking map (pic) that’s has endgame players going for the highest score for exclusive equipment.

Gachas are games user

Cuck

Here's the final boss of the main game being beaten with 1-3* units and CEs that are extremely easy to get.
Even this challenge setup is unlikely though since you're bound to roll some 4*s and also have access to a 5* friend unit.

>tfw when star ocean anamnesis, despite having amazing assets, and a game that actually need skill to play have its GL version axed.

See this shit? It's the preview of the upcoming P5 collab and it's oozing with soul with those animation and all. Meanwhile, other gachas, that are literally jpegs with stats and plays like a 90's flash game is racking in cash.

Just what fucking went wrong?

Interesting.
Thanks for the info.
So in short:

TBS is the genre Correct.
Now these daily/weekly rolls how do they compare the the seeming crafting system you've linked.
Do you just choose a unit to attempt to get? What happens if you fail?
Seems the gacha system is a bit atypical.

Now EXP/core/resource grinding is all stuff you can grind yourself without and dependence on gacha it sounds. So it's a timegate and not a luckgate correct?
(I'm assuming there is an AP system correct?)
What happens at chapter 8? Do you need specific units or is it just more grind to get stronger shenanigans?

Regarding PVP what are these exclusive equipment? Is it feasible for freeloaders to nab them or is it upper/whale tier stuff?
Are these needed to get through PVE endgame?

Once again thanks for your time.

sorry to hear that bro.
if there is another mobage you'd like to enter, feel free to do so.

Neat, are these units on the base banner?
Meaning are they always rollable?

>christmas padoru video got removed
bummer

0)
Azur Lane, a side scroll shooter, make up a team of 6 ships, 3 in the front and 3 in the back.

1)
You get 3 for beating 3 stages (1 a piece for each daily job), you get 1 for building a ship, and you get 6 for building 10 ships in a week. And that's not even counting for weekly jobs that give you 2 cubes (there's 3, so that's 6)
The rate for a single SSR or 5-star ship is 7%
You can get the costumes with gems without having to go through a gacha.

2) The story mode is very easy and achievable with any setup. The only thing you would need to grind is EXP, and you can get a bunch of that through the commission.

3) The PVP looks like this youtube.com/watch?v=cG_f5-mks7o

Yeah, all those units are in the base summoning pool. Nothing limited there.

wtf. is this collab happening because the game is still fine in japan? why didn't they just merge the servers and machine translate new content?

yo what is this Star Ocean/Tales of/Motoi Sakuraba OST

Didn't make enough money to justify keeping up the server

>mfw they had to balls to make comics that make fun of how much of a jew scam their gacha system is

And yet retards keep throwing money.

1. Legends
2. Dokkan
3. Literally who cares? If it aint got goku it's not worth touching
