Okay, what games could they realistically add to the NES library besides Earthbound and first party shit? I can't think of any game that isn't being held hostage by a third party.

So aside from Earthbound, the Donkey Kong Trilogy and Kirby Superstar, there isn't all that much to get excited about. Castlevania, Contra, Mega Man and Street Fighter are already available and the Disney collection is coming out soon. Most of the SNES library were licenced classics we'll not get.

I'm enjoying the game, I have 6 hours so far. But it's amazing how this style of JRPG is braindead. Sometimes I feel like an idiot doing the long-winded tasks that require virtually nothing from me. It is an absurd time consuming where the strategy is almost nil and where the story seems to have been translated by a 12 year old.
Basically the most stupid and alienating kind of game possible. The only reason I like this shit is because I'm autistic and my time worth nothing.

Breath of Fire is probably going to be the only RPG we're going to get besides maybe Earthbound.

The Darius collection is also coming, and the Dragon Quest collection. Clock Tower would be a good choice but it never got a release outside of Japan. Most of SNK's games are available through Hamster already. SE will never allow Final Fantasy on there when they can force us to pay for a shit port like VIII. Goemon will be added to Japan's version. R-Type is already on the system. NRS might put Mortal Kombat 3 on there.Just leaves Mario RPG really.

Laptops are for work, I never put it on my lap unless it is absolutely necessary, all of the laptops I've owned get hot enough to be uncomfortable to touch and sometimes the feeling lasts for hours, I'm all for emulation but nothing beats using an actual handheld for portable gaming, the Switch offers a great variety of games and the SNES app is quick to launch and easy to use, I can give it to my wife and son without worrying they'll break something.

Their quality-control sucks ass on the electronics/PCB end but for materials used and how it feels compared to an SNES controller it is the best bar none, comparable to one of those SNES Classic controllers.

I cant get past the first screen of Demon's Crest or Demon's Quest, whatever it is. I try attacking it but it two shots me. I walk to the right thinking I could escape by having the big guy attack the obvious exit, but he doesn't. I can't do specials and the first boss doesn't even have any weak spots, not even when I tried to attack his head. I gave up after twenty attempts, fuck this game. Don't tell me this is one of those "Nintendo Power" games because I wanted to beat these games without looking shit up, and I can't even get past the first screen!
This game is just like Dragon's Lair on NES when getting past the first screen was a fucking challenge of its own.
