Clean up, force yourself to do something offline for a couple of hours a day. Don't go online first thing in the morning. Keep your living space tidy.
None of this will ease your depression, but it will all create small desires to do something other than wallow. Keeping your space clean and learning to keep it that way is an easy form of discipline, and easing off the internet is just necessary for all us trash humans.
