Those both possibilities are heavily implied, for one you meet them and they talk to you as different person, Abel even talks about other two as they are real people waiting for us
But on the other hand Angela mentions that we never reached 70% germination before it means last Ayin is us and not different person. Also Abel mentions that they are reflection of us because we can't look at ourself, also we meet them all in Kether so those "doors" are not physical. Why they also wait for us to "fail" before starting what they wanted to do "send us back/blew up LobCo/Unleash Abnos" is also questioning that they are independent actors. What do you think and if I missed anything?

Memrep sets you back to days ending in 1 or 6 but you lose any nuggets made during that time and abnos, your gear however is not affected by memrep so any gear lost during those days or gained will be permanent, only retrying a single day will affect gear.

If you mean the "complete a meltdown containment job 8 times" mission, that means you have to clear 8 of those red timers by working on the rooms that they're on. Just keep spamming work until you hit the meltdown thresholds, then clear meltdowns. Repeat until mission complete, remember that you can stay after the energy requirement is fulfilled if you wanna grind stats/gifts/missions.
We Can Change Anything is borderline useless outside of one or two cheese strats that involve putting someone immortal inside to get infinite energy. What day are you on? If you picked it up after Day 6, you can Memory Repository back to 6 to get rid of it, but it never melts down so you can just recruit a bunch of 1 LOB shitters and send them in to max research before never touching it again.

Tip: In the future, you can ignore MOST meltdowns on non-escapables (like tools) the only downside is you lose some energy but that's easy to gain back. If WCCA ever melts down you don't need to touch it.

White Ordeals within the Facility are a result of the TT2 Protocol becoming more unstable, it's the reason as to why the Day 46+ Meltdowns occur, where the Sephirahs Cores begin to appear but in a glitched state. The reason for why it begins to degrade is never fully explained I think, but it's probably to do with the A's manifesting and the nature of the Architecture department in general. Also how the time travel shit works is that the Facility is enclosed under the TT2 Protocol, which can basically recall and resummon aspects of the Facility using its database, so its less of like time-travel in actuality, since it doesn't transport the Facility elsewhere into the past, but more like it undergoing replacement and continuation. So basically, the world outside of the Facility still goes on, but everything within the Facility can be repeated and redone over, theoretically forever.

Maybe I’m explaining myself poorly since I’m rushing to beat the archive... That was my point in including the “pretty face” comment—I like lanklet 2007 shoujo manga bishies, I like the campy “straight romance” dynamics of most BL plots and character designs, I don’t like upwards of 80% of manly man bara, I don’t even hate crossdressing under specific circumstances. I just can’t stand feminization or overt focus on it past a certain extremely nebulous point, especially if it’s an established character that’s not like that in the source, and it just so happens that bulkier boys like the Free! cast or even Bakugou tend to ward it off because trapniggers that are afraid to say bishie are even more afraid of muscles.
