I feel like Sora and Goku are the current never-evers given their notoriety and the many reasons given why neither one can appear in Smash. I'd admittedly be hyped to play either one. Sora's fun as hell in the Flash Smash game.

I doubt thats how they rate the games, it's something someone thought of OOT and others agree with but the same goes for any other game.

Though I disagree, I think I enjoyed other games in '98 more which is why I think anyone should try anything as those scores mean nothing.

Persona 5 never came to switch

It's good but no one went to it for the league-related stuff. That was never its strong suit. Part of why Ash's win is so underwhelming is because of how unimportant the league felt relative to every other season.

Review scores are on average lower than they used to be, even in the past 10 years they've been falling off
OoT has much fewer reviews so there wasn't much to drag all the 10s down
More and more difficult to make an awe-inspiring transformative experience as the medium ages

considering BOTW's scores were greatly inflated by the hype of a conceptual open world Zelda I imagine it'll probably do worse, if only because everyone reviewing it will have a sense of familiarity going into it
