I don't get it. Why did good JoJo games stop being made after JoJo became popular in the west?

The few Jojo games were just passion projects because the developers were actual fans. All anime game adaptations stopped being good. Bandai Namco apparently has all of them and just tosses the IPs to whoever the fuck to make a low budget title and make a profit no matter what for fans desperate for the merchandise. The success of Fighterz won't change anything, Dragon Ball just got lucky to have been given to a decent developer that year and the process will continue.
