the whole point is that dante is feigning how intimidating cerberus is by ignoring what he's saying and constantly provoking him

if you don't like DMC cutscene you can at least skip them
you can't skip Borderlands shit dialogs, and they are usualy much longer than DMC cutscenes. And as borderlands is meant to be played at least 2/3 times you have to listen to all this shit again and again
