If i remember, shadowman 2 wasnt the best sequel. But i was really hoping for a third installment.

>shadman

Game had a nice supernatural horror aesthetic, shame you probably couldn't recreate it using current graphics technology

Just what they did with REmake

Wanna hear a joke, Mikey?

Drakan: Order of the Flame from the same year

I would like to see a modernized Rampage game in 3D. Its bare bones enough that it could be a remake or just a new game, doesn't matter. Would be fun to level an entire city in 3D.

Not sure if you know this user but there is one for the ps2

Didn't know that. It looks awful though. I want one truly 3D where you can roam the city and just wreak havoc with some great graphics and destruction tech.

It really did not age well. But It was definitely a product of its time.

>But It was definitely a product of its time.

Nah they just simply fucked it up. The previous games are fun and are older. They just tried to do some sort of pseudo free open 3D which I always thought was shit no matter what game tried it really. Only LBP really handled that well.

>Revisit the playrooms later and find THOSE rooms

We'll never see it ever again though because of licensing.

I played this when I was young and it was the only game that ever actually scared me. I'm glad I got to experience it at an age where I could actually be scared by things.

So much this

Legend of Dragoon

WHO... ME?
VJ FOR SMASH

you don't have to, you could leave the graphics as is and just rework the other shit like the menu system, the controls etc.

Shadow Man was based, but too long-winded
The edgy writing was great though
>my hand, the arcing deathblow
>and into asylum like a great black engine, roaring to eternity
Cool music too

>not the hotel
Shame on you user

>wanting a remake from present Squareshit

Doesn't need a remake just a port. The graphics will upscale beautifully with some texture filtering.

How does one persuade a game company to do a port/remaster? I can't imagine they've thrown out the source code and assets.

forgot pic of course

Been wanting a remake and/or sequel for a long time now.

Shit. I was actually considering posting this.

someone post the edit

underrated classic, and proof that gaming didn't need woke zealots to do creative things

It has been mentioned couple of times in the past few days. Noice!

Uh, no. To propose a remake is to invite politicization by the "if you're happy with the gender you were born with you're wrong" camp.

God damn it user for reminding me. Although even beyond licensing I doubt we'll ever see a lot of old squaresoft classics get any continuation let alone remakes regardless of whether they could or not.
