Parallel dimensions
It's alchemy, I ain't gotta explain shit.
Shame that this will probably be the only game in which this will ever be done ever again. And even then they could only do it on a budget. Makes sense when you realize they had Dusk port coming and Ryza as well as Lulua all at the same time. Plus that Fairy Tail game too. Bless NoCo's heart though for providing us with so much artwork.
Alchemists from across time and space show up in the same town...but that's expensive, so have them work the fields while I sell bottles of beer.
I actually had decent time with this game
I always get a smile from the first form of Meruru, she's had some mushrooms
>make crossover with EVERYONE IS HERE :D
>no one cares
>literally stop giving a shit and make a 4th Arland game
>no one cares
Not sure how they do it. And I don't really care about Ryza and definitely don't care about Fairy Tale but I hope they both sell great so they can make other stuff.
I'm sure they sold fine, Japanese sales have been down but other regions seem to make up for that
Sophie is a best! Cool kids don't care about the time.
why does she have seashells on her boobs?
What is your problem with sea shells?
They can take an explosion or two
Time limits were necessary and their removal RUINED the series. RUINED! Not even Ryza's thick juicy fuckable thighs are going to save them from fondamental design flaws! Sophie's only saving grace is that it wasn't Shallie, the worst of all! It ruined everything! It made a mockery of what Escha and Logy established! Gust can't keep getting away with it forever! You may stop time in game, but you can't stop the march of real time! Also, any girl from Sophie's trilogy besides Suelle are NOT CUTE!
I can't believe Plachta is fucking dead.
I love my wife Ryza!
How is Lulua's game?
Very good
Very bad
retart
Time limits are cancer. Ryza was going to be awesome _because_ it has no time limits, the fact that she is sex on legs and has perfect... everything is just the icing on the cake
It's good, but a little hard to recommend to hardcore Arland fans because it plays way closer to Mysterious. If you like both series, it should be fine. As its own thing, it's very polished and pleasant.
how to find a ryza gf?
>real girl like Ryza
No such thing. She's WAY too perfect to be 3d.
With time limits
> Get a nice frame of work
> Story beats come at easily anticipated time. Makes the pace of play easy to handle
> Gathering, battle and alchemy have an inherent cost of time, meaning you need to be smart about what you do
> The extra time you get by finishing assignments early can be spent on personal projects. You can also rest up if you want to rush towards an end with no hassle
> Character events relate easily to the state of the world since they can be slotted beginning at a certain time.
Without time limits.
> The remnants of the passing days are useless
> Even the moneymaking timed missions have no failiure penalty making them no brainers
> Scenario makes you walk back and forth dozens of time for the smallest shit. A single story beat may require half a dozen of useless back and forth to solve problems
> Battling monsters can be done infinitely. Grinding is inherently encouraged
> Alchemy loses the time cost. Who cares about making -good- items? It's not like optimization is rewarding in any way any more since you can bruteforce anything with enough time and you have infinite time
> Story moving at your beats mean the world entirely revolves around you and nobody else
> Loose pace makes the story a continuous treadmill with no real break points.
With time limits
>no freedom
Without time limits
>freedom
Big think
Don't bother explaining it, that user's pea brain cannot comprehend it. He probably dies of anxiety every time he has to go buy a carton of milk at the store down the block before it closes in three hours.
>replying to yourself
>attempted ad hominem
>no actual argument
Did somebody say "canonically best alchemist"?
I'll never get people that feel stressed out in a fucking Atelier game with time limit. I suppose they're just NEETs with no sense of responsability. So when a limit, even loose, comes up they start spilling their spaghettis.
That explains why they're louder too. More time to waste on online conversations mean they autismically screech louder.
Sorry wrong picture
Atelier Fighting game when?
>replying to yourself
>attempted ad hominem
>no actual argument
>... again
Oops! Butterfingers.
I fucking hate her
I like them with limits and no limits.
kinky
I got bored of this game too quickly, I wish it focused more on the town building and less on the management, I didn't dislike the management aspect but the lack of any different buildings made the town building dull and pointless, it just felt like I was placing hundreds of the same buildings for no real reason
You're just jealous she made Rorona a woman, (and then undid that) but she did nothing wrong.
Nonononono! Nooooo! You must have a clear-cut opinion, and then start calling those with another opinion tremendous fags!
no, I just think she's ugly and had a horrible voice desu
Series ruiner
Pretty much running out of screenshots here
I mean, yeah. It's pretty obvious that not all Atelier games took place in the same continuity.
Heck, I'm not even convinced that the Iris games do.
I make her do that every night, if you know what I mean
That's a big carrot.
It was necessary for the city
Have you ever looked at a forum thread about Majora's Mask in the past 2 decades
Even when the time limit literally means nothing, people sperg out about it.
Do not make Stera upset
Lulua is so pretty, she doesn't get enough respect (or fanart)
Her game didn't get much attention, and she didn't look exciting enough in the pre-release stuff. I still liked her
I keep thinking Mel Kishida should do more work, forgetting that he did Lulua just earlier this year. In my mind he's locked away somewhere sketching on Blue Reflection 2 enthusiastically showing his bosses the drawings and asking for funding.
The OST for BR was fucking great. Been listening it for the past few weeks. Totally different stuff from usual Gust songs and I really liked it.
It's a damn shame, Kishida-san really knows how to create beautiful girls too
Switch port would help with funds,i want Hina-chan on the go desu
>i want Hina-chan on the go desu
Just get it on Vita
Don't it's a bad port
Hmm... I'm tempted actually, especially now the latest fw is hackable.
I saw Shalistera at a grocery store in Nelke's city yesterday. I told her how cool it was to meet her in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother her and ask her for neutralizers Y or anything.
She said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but she kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing her hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard her chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw her trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Meister Torte in her hands without paying.
The ghost girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Miss, you need to pay for those first.” At first she kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the pies and started scanning it multiple times, she stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any alchemical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a basket and started to say the price, she kept interrupting her by shaking her bell really loudly.
It's on the same level as their other PS4 ports Atelier firis, L&S and Nelke. Which is pretty bad. But it's not like you lose anything by trying.
Fucking excellent
This is a great pasta. But Shallie ain't finna act like that, she's too sweet.
>dad walks in
>>dad walks in
"Seems like you're winning, son"
Is it normal to be incredibly jealous of this situation?
Who knows
If Blue Reflection 2 is ever greenlit, it will either be butchered on PS4, or will be made much tamer for all platforms from the word go due to avoid any potential delays due to re-censoring. Sad times.
Haven't followed sonys guidelines in a while since I dropped almost everything that I used to buy there after the mess they made, but from what I've seen they really only go against interactive touching minigames, most other things are fine. Blue Reflection would still be possible to release on PS4 if it were to come out today, or so I believe. Not that I would buy there anymore but people still like to overblow the thing.
Though that said this being in a school environment could make things for their guidelines a little trickier. Hasn't steam also been pretty strict whenever schoolstuff comes?
Is this the girl with canonically stinky feet?
>Though that said this being in a school environment could make things for their guidelines a little trickier. Hasn't steam also been pretty strict whenever schoolstuff comes?
Yes they have, any game with content teetering on lewd, that has a school setting, isn't allowed and has to be changed to use words such as "academy" or "college" etc. One game in particular (Love In The Limelight) was completely re-written just for its Steam release. In fairness though, I do understand their point of view although it makes me wonder if they would accept a violent/fps game that had a school in it.
You take that back, Hina-chan is a beautiful CLEAN girl.
We live in stupid times it seems
I hope Blue Reflection 2 gets made but seeing how Atelier Ryza is getting hyped and them having 9 Atelier releases in the last three years, I don't see them doing much else in the near future. Although that Fairy Tail game is a nice surprise.
Who's ready for best girls game to sell 10 million copies?
yearly fairy tail games incoming
