I want to play a good game
Most of the characters in Creepy Castle are bugs of some sort. Please someone pay attention to this poor game, I felt so bad when I saw it's been out for three years but basically nobody ever talked about it. The music is great too. youtube.com
I want a a game that has hotbloodes flamenco.

A game about discovering little details hidden within a dense urban area (the actual area of the city you can traverse doesn't have to be large as long as its densely packed)
I will add bug recruits in my game just for you, op
A game where I can be the Monk cliche.
Being a martial artist and such, be like Baldur's Gate or like God Hand, a game where I can control a guy and beat the shit out of others with only my bare hands.
Started playing Rune Factory 4 a few days ago, you can tame monsters and send them in a barn, those monsters can also be given field chores in your farm, join you when you go out adventuring and some can be ridden.
I've got a cool Dynastes hercules but bear in mind that I am at the beginning of the game so maybe it get obsolete, there could also be more cool insects to recruit.
I want a game where physics are a reliable way of dealing with enemies.
I want a modular mech building system, allowing me to choose a variety of viable playstyles without a retarded dash mechanic (think chromehounds but not dead)
I feel your pain. I've been looking for games like this as well and outside of the obvious fighting games and beat-em ups, it's hard to find stuff.
there's stuff like elder scrolls, dark souls and fallout where you CAN do an unarmed martial artist sort, but usually its either sub-bar, or requires careful plotting, and usually isn't supported well anyway.
your best bet might be stuff like pillars of eternity or pathfinder: kingmaker which have proper dedicated monk classes, or games focused on fighting with different martial arts styles like yakuza.
A Rhythm game that has some degree of plot and progression with a setting that isn't idolshit.
EBA
Gabrielle's Ghostly Groove 3D
Hatsune Miku Project DIVA X minus Cute cloud
gitaroo man
Party interactions. feels weird in something like FO when i have party members who clearly should hate each other just talk about how they don't trust the other.
Legend of Grimrock 2, maybe first one as well, Dark Sun The Shattered Lands, Entomorph.
a game with the sort of branching levels you have in star fox 64, where depending on what you do in the level the otherwise linear path through a set of levels is changed up
Deus Ex mankind divided, INFRA in some way.
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.
Crypt of the Necrodancer.
Rhythm thief

Shadow the hedhehog
>usually isn't supported well anyway.
This is what kills me.
I played PoE, will try Pathfinder then, thank you very much, user!
Sonic CD
a game that makes me feel like pic related whenever i play it
A game that feels like Persona, Astral Chain, Fire Emblem 3H, Battle Network, Digimon Cyber Sleuth, 5th gen Pokemon.
Basically I think any combination of: an alternate/parallel world, RPG, Slice of life/sociallizing, school life, crime/mystery solving, dating sim/Visual novel
Maybe Jade Empire is what you need?
Blue reflection
>There will never be a Bleach game with an original story where you can customize an original Shinigami's look and powers
It hurts to live.
Play DeSu.
You personababy.
Let it be your gateway drug to be an SMTCHAD.
But for real play DeSu and it's sequal
You know what, I forgot about this game, fuck me.
This is one I definetely need to try.
Thank you user!
There is also monk class in Diablo 3. Also Absolver is about martial artists.
Females. No shoes. No socks.
Skyrim
I played D3 because the monk but didn't like it.
The idea was good, but the game was not what I was expecting.
I didn't tried Absolver yet, it didn't caught my attention. Still, good option, thanks!
Game has to have a modern/grounded setting with weird stuff happening that may or may not be paranormal and also there's cute girls
I want a game with good spear combat that is not first person
Exanima, but to find spears you must play arena mode. Also spears are op as fuck, IMO.
Alan Wake.
I don't remeber if there are girls, though.
a game set in a place like that with the raids story could be pretty good
Ace Combat Zero comes pretty close.
youtube.com
You can always try Kotor 2
it's not the optimal build like always but i remember it being pretty viable
IIRC the animation for it were quite nice
I want a game that lets me mow my lawn
game where i can stalk and murder people old style
specify old style
Beat em up game with fighting game like inputs for specials.
Example - Ragnarok Battle Offline
you know with generic tools you could find in anyones house or just straight up murder people in broad daylight because cameras arent everywhere
Manhunt.
Manhunt
postal
Tokyo 47 was pretty decent IIRC
I said GOOD games!
Hitman series is literally this.
neither
mentioned good games
I want a game that i can recruit and customize monsters like SMT and Dragon Quest.
a game that lets me slice through buildings?
Kingdom Hearts 2.
Have you checked out Heavy Gear?
House of the Dead series
Good call
I'm looking for an FPS game that
1) Guns are shown either holstered or being carried with a sling as appropriate, they don't just disappear when you swap one out, and don't magically float on your back or stick to the side of your backpack
2) The amount of spare magazines you have directly matches the amount of mag pouches your character is shown to be wearing.
2b) Magazines only fit in appropriate pouches, you can't put rifle mags in pistol mag pouches, etc.
2c) The game tracks how many round are in each magazine, you don't have a giant pool of spare ammo. If you come across a box of ammo, you have to reload your empty magazines (which you should have held on to) instead of magically getting a full inventory of topped-off mags
3) Other gear is likewise limited to what is shown on your character's body, no dozens of grenades at a moment's notice
4) Extra gear and equipment can be carried in a backpack, but physical size (height x width x depth) and weight limits apply.
5) Any upgrades to your carrying limits are accurately shown on your character model.
Real life Army
im trying to do this shit for a game im making on the korean war
>recruit insects
Do insect people count? The hivers in kenshi are really cute.
Any FPS games where you slaughter tons of enemies but there's no ammo reloading or ammo limits?
Armored Core
In new game+ the protagonist starts off powerful as fuck from the last game but gets weaker through out the game because the final boss from before is draining your power somehow to become even stronger version of themself.
Now those moves, tools, and items you traded and sold in favor of power become critical in defeating enemies. Maximizing their power and unlocking their hidden abilities is required to progress the game and beat the now powerful final boss.
Dragons Dogma sorta
Dragon Quest 5
Cockroach girl got an anime?
I do feel the Korean War is quite underrepresented in vidya, keep us informed.
Welp
Pick up
A game in which the protagonist is a fish.
Hard mode: no Freddi Fish games
Ecco
faggot that's easy
ecco the dolphin
AHHHHHHHHHHH
Seaman is part fish.
I want to play a game which is in 3rd person, has okay/good/great stealth mechanics, and replayable. Please don't suggest MGSV, I'm looking for something else to fill the void.
MGS Ground Zeroes.
Just kidding, Hitman and maybe Splinter Cell Blacklist.
I want an actual demon/supernatural hunting simulator game where you take contracts and start to hunt them down with various methods both medieval style and modern style. Open-world and the storyline can be easily ignored (kinda like Darklands) and side-quests and more important. The only game closest to this criteria for me is Hellsign, but I'd be interested in finding more games like it.
doing research on vehicles and personal equipment and modelling the weapons
Guardians, Shen Jian, Battle Circuit
The Taiko 3DS Trilogy.
PlayHome
Devil Survivor?
Jade Cocoon
Is this a chinese girl?
Aquaria
ENF
I want to have fun again
Fire emblem three houses
Sideswiped DS
Shenmue 2 technically has this, because there are large places you can explore and find people and places tucked away inside a lot of the buildings. Hell, the game has so much detail you'd never find in a normal playthrough unless you went looking for it.
youtube.com
Here's an extreme example of Ryo trying to find Man Mo temple and basically running around the city asking people in their shops for help in doing so, you don't really have to do this as running around the area will find it, but the fact you can is pretty cool.
I love Rhythm games like that, so here are a few games I know of.
Rhythm Thief: youtube.com
Space Channel 5: youtu.be
Elite Beat Agents: youtube.com
Harmoknight: youtube.com
Gitaroo Man: youtube.com
If you've somehow played the above, the only other ones I can recommend are "Cool Cool Toon" for the Dreamcast (although it's in Japanese) youtu.be
modded stalker probably
I want a game that has something like the breeding mechanics from pokemon but with either
1) good combat
2) or more depth to it
I want an rts game thats more city builder. I wanna set up fobs and figure out how the hell I'm gonna supply them and send dudes on patrol and watch convoys roll across the desert in between bases.
>without retarded dash mechanics
for clarification, im saying all dash mechanics are retarded, not poor implementation of dash mechanics
I will now, thanks
You can fly.
Still Armored Core
SMT
>without
>dash
>mechanics
>can only find the game in a used hard copy
damn
Then your option is the kuso that is Mechwarrior
ACs boost function is actually reasonable and makes sense, unlike shit such as DxM and ZoE
DFO priest can become a monk. It's a hard class to play but insanely fast and fun.
Boosting/dashing is boring and ironically i can only see someone with ADHD or similar impairments getting behind it
Play the PS2 ACs, I understand your frustration with boostshit but the PS2 ones aren't that at all
>user must have been bullied in PvP by people who dash
Ace of Seafood
youtube.com
They were the walk around until you find shit to blow up that chromehounds had?
>hurrr youre just bad if you dont like my brand of fun
the fuck? fuck off retard
You never have to search around for stuff, the enemies are right there
Fromsoft made both AC and Chromehounds though
definitely check out Absolver, user. I dont know how alive the online is these days, but its the most extensively customizable and intricate melee system i've played. tons of fun.
Absolver has online? Holy shit I never knew
I want the battlefront 2005 space battles but on a larger scale, like planetside levels of player capacity
fish fillets 1 & 2
>High levels of player capacity
>Space battles on large scale
EVE Online
>Space Channel 5 VR
Also here to say that developers said it'll have a non VR mode too.
I also recommend Parappa the Rapper and Final Fantasy Theaterhythm as well. And I know you said no idol garbage but Live Live: School Idol Festival only keeps me playing because it's still the only idol gacha with music gameplay I like.
I remember, they shit chromes servers down when literally no one was on AC at the time
i will never not be mad
I know that Girl
There's a game called MAV that's supposed to be the same
I haven't played Chromehounds or MAV, but it's an option
Have you played Receiver?
I don’t mean to be a choosing beggar, but I was hoping for something almost exactly like BF2 just with a larger player capacity
Not him but I've been meaning to get into rythm games and this seems like a solid list, thanks user.
Unironically Battle Royales, they have 100 people
But are there any with flight combat? Get me that and I’m sold friend
Sleeping Dogs has a monk outfit or two and is based in Hong Kong and beating the shit out of people with your fists is the whole game
I'd help you since its one of my favorite series, but the fansite I knew of which used to host downloads of the games has long since shutdown
Hot Dogs Horseshoes and Hand Grenades although it's VR only
That's not a girl that's a cockroach
I want to see her get raped by an actual cockroach.
Been following it for a while now, i think it died
Thanks anyway bro
Something like War Thunder but multiple players control the same tank in different roles. Gunner, loader, driver, etc.
I like the Diablo 3 monk
cute turk
-A game where I can decide to be the villain and doing so drastically changes its ending, not just a different cutscene.
Also, it has to have postgame content.
-A management game with a lot of humor.
-An H-game with great gameplay (already played Kamidori)
I want a game where I have a giantess GF.
Madou Koukaku
Sokoku no arterial
A game that allows you a lot of freedom to combine or hybridize things.
Recettear for the second one
Atelier Rorona
I want a game that's all about Broadway musicals, and that will let me feel like I'm a Broadway producer.
Size Matters
I want a game that is or feels like hobo-phase STALKER. Where I have to scavenge resources and equip myself according to the situation. No stockpiling shit "just in case" and I end up with 99 epic giga health potions, I actually want to use them and situations where it's necessary to do so to survive.
Breath of the Wild
I really wanted to like RF4 because I'm a fan of HM/SoS but the recruiting monsters thing just killed it for me. I just wanted normal animals.
