No negro allow on my ship
Reverse direction and accelerate to Warp 5
Those games are all fucking shut
star trek is so fucking bland
kodos the executioner did nothing wrong
star trek voyager elite force was probably the only good star trek game ever made
Onscreen.
It's good to have a few around for emergencies.
The 90's moralising in this garbage is almost as cringe as modern shows
>star trek voyager elite force
Please stop. That was fucking garbage. Honestly the Star Trek MMO is the least tolerable and most enjoyable Star Trek game ever to date.
No
Captain, I recommend we keep this thread on topic to avoid deletion. There are Janitors in this sector.
No, Mr. Worf.
why did he kill Tuvok? I thought he was a captain of peace
A man as learned as Captain Picard knows that around blacks, you never relax
He is.
Milkies!
>neck pinch
>killed
neck yourself
Elaborate.
lets be real that sanitizing grid killed the fuck out of him
Every other episode is either a racism analogy or a soapbox for Picard/number one to moralise about drugs, suicide etc.
It was like that for the original show as well. It was preaching about Gays back in the 60s. Shows how awful Boomers were from the start
no space cat no buy
Lieutenant Worf, fuck the Jannies
Post more plz for the love of god and everything holy.
>killing is almost always wrong!
>except when its your clones
>they may be sentient and completely human but you didn't allow them to take your DNA so its in your rights to kill them
Computer, play Busty Pakleds on Risa 4. Safety measures disengaged.
I'm watching The Motion Picture in theaters in I guess less than 12 hours. I'll end up sitting by myself, quietly watch the movie ,and then I'll take an hour long drive back home to be alone some more.
Any fun things I should look out for while watching the movie besides vagina symbolism?
This one was bizarre. I don't think the writers even considered the fact that killing what is basically your twin could be construed as a moral quandry because they just beam down and zap them like it's the natural thing to do
~
How's life in 1979?
Space cats huh.
This is the second time in 24 hours someone has quesitoned this this instead of looking it up. 40 year anniversary of the Motion Picture.
A clone isn't created every time, just every time the transporter fucks up, unless it gets you attacked by worm aliens that live in it, or fuses you with another person. Those fucking things were more trouble than they were worth.
Perfectly safe.
>Pakleds
Is there an explanation anywhere for why some writer thought idiots in space was a good idea?
I was thinking about the episode where some crewmembers get their DNA "stolen" by a civilisation of clones who need new genetic information and the team beams down and kills them. Now that I think about it it was probably just a poorly thought out abortion analogy
From what I remember they weren't idiots, just autistic, literally.
Tuvok's actor started in Star Trek as a thieving terrorist in that episode. Voyager used actors who had previously played (different) characters in the franchise.
>Colony of nothing but clones.
>Colony is going to die out due to cloning clones is causing break down of genetic materials.
>Enterprise's solution is for them to "have sex" with a bunch of drunken Irish colonists.
>Clones are against it due to them finding sex disgusting.
>Enterprise strong arms them by threatening to take away their cloning tech in order to look for viable specimens for cloning.
I like how the floor has just ordinary tape on it. Not some super special space tape. Just ordinary masking tape.
Crew of Galactica, people of the fleet, this is Admiral Adama. We've detected faggot trekkies on the edge of our dradis scans. Launch the alter vipers and spool the FTL drives for an emergency jump.
Whoa...So THIS is what a real threat to the Federation looks like...
>Show (TNG more specifically) tries to paint them in a bad light because muh ebil Capitalism
>everytime they show up they're made to be idiots
>despite this they always are a serious threat to the Fucking flagship of the Federation and on equal if not superior footing in terms of tech
So much for root beer and automated space communism.
Are there even any good star trek games ?
Holy shit, Picard face Riker body is a megachad.
You can hate space communism all you want, but nobody shits on root beer on my watch.
>we look for things
>things that make us come
I like root beer just wanted the ebin DS9 reference.
*Enriching Spoonheads Intensifies*
I wish I were Levar Burton.
>transporter accident sends you to 21st century san fransisco
Terrifying
That season with Raimi as a guest writer got pretty weird.
>I'll end up sitting by myself, quietly watch the movie ,and then I'll take an hour long drive back home
If you're trying to give anyone vicarious loneliness, it's working.
Why did Janeway put the Nyrians in concentration camps?
I thought the Federation loved diversity, this is so wrong. Let them in!
And this captain Janeway ambassador in the delta quadrant??? What was she thinking?
In no particular order
>religion is mindless superstition
>capitalism is fruitless competition holding down humanity
>subjecting lesser species to moral imperialism is bad (except when they do something we disagree with)
>egalitarian foreign diplomacy is king, even when dealing with lifeforms that have no concept of mortality or outright eat their own children
How bad is the Picard series going to be?
wretched
How can you tell? You can't see shit in that thing.
i got star trek: bridge crew for free from some intel email. i dont think ill ever plan to play the game so heres a bump
"Geordi, get that damn air filter off of your face!"
thats worfs job dumbass
The Rodenberry seasons of TNG were peak Star Trek.
God damn it! Again!?
youtube.com
Poor Worf.
You don't know what it's like in our universe! Fox News is gone! Impeachment is everywhere!
>be Worf
>be security officer on the enterprise
>Weird bullshit is about to go down
>Recommend shooting at weird shit or suspicious as fuck aliens.
>Always get ignored in the name of diplomacy
>Weird shit that would have been preventable with a phaser or torpedo now goes down
>Get ass kicked in the process
>Several crew members die, maybe civilians too.
Every. Single. Time.
That's an accurate description of addiction. What's the problem?
>The writing on the ring and armor are references to Japanese culture.
>One reference is to the anime series Urusei Yatsura, the name of which is also used as the name of the SS Urusei Yatsura. The large character in the center, 星 ("Hoshi / sei", star), is used in the title. The words next to 星, in katakana are ラム ("ramu") and アタル ("ataru"), the names of the main characters.
Killing your own clone is still murder.
Do that Cardassian neck trick
Starfleet Command III was decent and Tactical Assault is dumb fun, I liked the naval style battles. But there's only one true champion for best Trek game and it's pic related.
Why was Geordi such a beta?
you HAVE played it, right Yea Forums?
Its casual shit, game plays itself
Turbo nerd that was more comfortable around the tech he worked on vs the humans around him. It seemed to extend beyond just awkwardness with women as the guy's best friend was Data, an Android.
And his best love was a personified version of the ship itself.
I mean, his plight should be relatable to most of the people here.
Captain, I have been informed that there are other androids within this website, however they erroneously refer to themselves as "robots". According to the recent analysis they typically congregate on the "/r9k/" area of the website. What is it that makes them believe they are robots captain?
Yeah, I was pretty hooked on it for a little while.
Is this game any good? I played it as a kid but was too dumb to understand how to actually play it properly.
>Picard: Number One, take an away team down to this planet we know nothing about, which could be incredibly dangerous resulting in the death of everyone we send.
>Riker: Aye, sir. I'll take the head of security, 2nd officer, chief engineer and chief medical officer, will that be enough plot armour?
>Picard: Better take Ensign noname, just in case.
There really needs to be a star-ship simulation game that plays like one of those tower building/management games.
Isn't FTL a lot like that?
Well, all of those are factually correct.
I thought about playing it but never got round to it. Looks like Commandos.
>tfw can't get Elite Forces 2 working on a win10
Watch DS9.
