That‘s only half the story. He also googled the name of some french graphics designer at some french company, put that guy‘s name on a ticket, crossed it out, but in a way that you could still see it in photoshop if you tried. Granted, he probably "discovered" this himself as the first thread where "evidence" was gathered was likely 99% grinch leaker dumping pre-prepared info as a samefag.
Also he came up with the cover story of snapchat to explain the abominable quality of the leak. Let alone the fact that it must‘ve taken some effort to make the images themselves unless he was actually working for Nintendo and had the original image file.
Even if it was a graphics artist, he still had to think ahead and make this look like a clue hunting experience, which required at least some decent amount of planning.
Also doesn‘t help that Ken was actually thoroughly leaked in the meantime.
