Not likely at all. He wasn't demanded much until Banjo finally got confirmed. Unless Microsoft asks for him he isn't very likely.
I would say that he’s somewhat likely (conker support was always there but it only started to take off once Banjo got in, because there was no way conker would get in before him, but if they want another rare character, the most obvious choice after banjo is him, he’s basically the second face of rare)

I'll be honest, I like how in Brawl, characters teamed up who you wouldn't expect to team up. Like Samus and Pikachu, or Link and Yoshi.

Conker was never good. People only remember it fondly because it was literally Baby's First M-Rated Game.
I’m just hoping WoL gets an update that adds more cutscenes of the characters interacting instead of just the two eyeballs beating the crap out of each other, the best cutscene in the game is the initial one because it’s the only one that has the characters interacting

I'm still mad at Sakurai for that stunt he pulled at the final direct. He deliberately showed the only cool cutscene in the game to trick people into thinking there would be more where that came from, only to deliver the lamest excuse for a story mode ever.
