I don't really care if some game sells well or not, but I don't know men, i see reports all the time of games selling massively well, and I never hear of them being talked as much as they seem to sell.
That said, Yea Forums is always wrong when they say a AAA gane will not sell well, which is almost everytime, but those assertions are made by the part of Yea Forums that doesn't even play games, and are just interested in shitty politics.

The thing is these games go on deep discount after release, and are frequent pickups in large swathes of other games when people pick up the system. Moms and dads who get a ps4 on sale for their kid, as opposed to getting them a $60 game buys 3 or 4 $15-20 games instead, and horizon zero dawn complete edition or whatever FREQUENTLY goes on sale for as low as $9.99, even physical.
