Okay so I've been meaning to ask this for a while but, could we add a new column to the spreadsheet? I know we already have a bunch but I think if we added a "Topic" or something like that, so writefags can explain in a line what the song is about specifically, like about what game or what gaming news/incident, or what aspect of Board Culture specifically.
I think it could help in many ways: 1. Singfags (and anons in general) would know what topic the song is about more easily, to say that every singfag opens and reads every single pastebin would be a lie, and I've seen in past threads how certain anons were expecting a song to be about something just based on the title and it ended up being something different. 2. It can help us see which topics (like games *cough cough* Yoko Taro *cough*) we've done already, which can help prevent the overproducing of songs of a topic that we've covered a lot already (Because writefags are also less likely to check every single Pastebin posted) 3. Song titles sometimes aren't enough to understand what a song is about, hell sometimes I've seen the title and read the lyrics and I was still lost.

That's the suffering of the musicals. First you have to make sure the song hasn't already been done, and even if it hasn't it's still a coin toss whether or not there's an instrumental out there to use. And that's not even the last pain you have to go through, you still have to pray someone will sing your song even when you do have the instrumental ready.
Only advise I have is to look for the instrumental before you start writing the song. Because as little of a guarantee as it may be that someone will sing it, at least the chance is INFINITELY higher if you have it than if you don't.
