The girl featured in the story actually wants to be dismembered, and the client uses an illegal brainjack to convert all her pain to pleasure. With each limb he hacks off, he slowly lowers the conversion rate until he reaches her last limb, at which point he asks, "do you want it at 100 or 0%?" and she's like "z... zero... absolute zero..." and he hacks off her last remaining limb in one go.
