how can you guys ever stand not playing bloodborne if you refuse to buy a ps4?
How can you guys ever stand not playing bloodborne if you refuse to buy a ps4?
because soulsborne is trash
>not being an idort in 2019
Playing the other five billion games launching each month or so
Fuck exclusives. I did buy a PS4 and I did play Bloodborne. I admit it was a masterpiece, a 10/10 and one of the best games I ever played.
That's great and all, but what next? I haven't touched the console for a months because there's nothing interesting to play on it besides 4-5 games. Bloodbone was amazing, Last Guardian was pretty good, Gravity Rush was good and that's fuckin it. Nothing interesting to play unless I just want to play a remaster of some older good games like SotC or Odin Sphere.
Why not just play multi-plat titles?
I don't think It's a good idea to spend few hundred bucks just to play 1 game in sub30 fps
Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 is good, and Uncharted games are good for a rental. Other than that, every game I've bought for my PS4 has been a timed exclusive. I think if you loved BB, it was worth it.
There are plenty of other things to do with it, if you can't figure it out that's a you problem.
played it and it was really fun, I think I got around 20/15 hours on average per playthrough and I did 5 of them.
You really have to have massive autism to do all chalice dungeons+gems farming on each of them, I'm glad that did the full run to Ihlyll just once
Bloodborne not being on pc is the biggest sin humanity has ever committed. Never being able to experience the gorgeous art direction in 4k and beautiful animations in 60fps is heartbreaking.
Honestly, I wish BB was never made. I want to take back the 300 hours I put into it because I can't stand living in a world where all I get is a blurry, stuttery version of this fantastic video game.
I bought a ps4 just for bloodborne. I don't have a single other game on the machine. I feel like my purchase was worth it honestly.
Same to be honest. The insane effort put into the game and its DLC was wasted on the pathetic hardware the PS4 contributed. The only good thing Sony put forward was infinite money for From to realize a vision.
Someday in 10 years tho, the emulation will be fantastic
Uncharted definitely does not interest me, but I have been thinking about Kingdom Hearts.
Because I have a gaming pc.
Not really.
Not even ps2 emulation is fantastic so I don't have much hope. Best we can hope is a Ps5 port so I'm getting ready to drop $600 for one game.
I'm not buying a console just to play one game. If the PS5 actually turns out worth buying, I'll pick it up a copy then.
I'd give KH1.5+2.5 a rental if you have a library near you that borrows games. If not, it's $20 now, so 4 games (2 that people really play) at that price is a good deal.
>PS5 actually turns out worth buying
sorry bud, that's not going to happen. Especially now after Sony moved PlayStation videogame unit to California
Idort reporting
I bought a PS4 and I played Bloodborne and I loved it
>Axe-bro to Mensis
Based
On a side not, to which Final Fantasy games does Kingdom Hearts mainly refer to? I only played IV, VI-VIII, X and XIII. Fill I be missing out a lot?
Most of the references are to VII, then VII, then X. Very few references go outside that, as Nomura (the KH director) used characters he personally designed (he used to be a character designer) for KH. There's plenty of FFVII fanservice, and the KH1 version of Yuffie is the hottest iteration by far.
I don't need to play every game that interests me, I've got enough of a backlog of games I can play without having to buy hardware about it. This, Dragon's Crown (never played the original) and maybe Death Stranding are the only games making me think about getting a PS4, and Death Stranding is a very hard maybe.
Prefered more Lulu myself, but since it references the ones I played then I'm more confident in checking it out finally.
None of them. FF just has character cameos in Kingdom Hearts.
>Dragon's Crown
You can emulate it.
Shit, mixed up Yuffie with Yuna.
Bloodborne is fucking absolute trash, these are the best games ever & i've already played them all

Yuna is in KH2, but as a fairy with Paine and Rikku. It was an ad for FFX-2.
because it's sub-30fps and i was told that no game that relies heavily on precise timing should not be a locked 60fps
PS3 emulation is almost perfect, you can already play Demon's Souls in 4K60fps
How did MGS2 end up that high? I thought normalfags hated it
Played 12 of those games and none of them landed in my top 10 desu.
Can't fix shit taste, i bet your top 10 is nothing but obscure PC games from the 90s or 2000s
Nope, it's just better games than on that list.
These are all good games, and worth being highly rated by an aggregated score. Nice list, but nothing below it is invalidated or bad.
List them faggot
Needs Shadow of the Colossus, no idea how it's not on here when critics spend 15 years circlejerking the shit out of it
I have Bloodborne and i can't stand playing it. I haven't progressed past Rom because the combat is so shallow and boring and all it has to offer is combat. and aesthetics but that also gets boring after a while
>playing FROMgarbage
No thanks.
People hated the controls & terrible graphics due to the PS2 being a piece of shit. If it was on the GameCube it would have gotten a 97
My PS4 was a bloodborne + p5 machine
I sure love playing a video game at literal movie frame rate.
:^)
> BOTW, Galaxy 2, Odyssey are the only games from this decade on the list
What will be the next game to be rated this high Yea Forums?
And people still say that Nintendo bonus doesn't exist
I just wait until it gets emulated
That's pretty much all it is. The Playstation brand only persists to keep an old dream of console brands alive. Nintendo lives in its own world, but Sony's shrinking first party world is all that keeps the PS4/5 alive. Naughty Dog, Insomniac, Japan Studio, Santa Monica? Without their forced support, they would immediately jump to PC. Nintendo devs are totally enslaved, mind and spirit. Sony devs are on board by force (minus ND).
same, played demon's souls this way. unfortunately it was shit
Nintendo literally makes the best games, that during the 90s & 2000s they had the best console hardware. Critics only ever pay attention to their Triforce of Zelda, Mario, Metroid nowadays. Everything else recieves fairly average scores.
I have a PS4. It's trash and I'm not interested in more trash games. Sony was a mistake
By 10 years there will be a PS5 remaster that's 60fps and everything
Enjoy waiting another 5 years or so
>buying a console for 2 garbage games
Kill yourself you tasteless nigger
>Nintendo literally makes the best games
Every 6 years? Their first party studios maybe produce a quality once a generation. Back in the GameCube generation it was different, but it hasn't been that way in 12 years.
I got Dark Souls 1 on the 360 and thought it was incredibly mediocre. I'm fine not playing Bloodborne.
BOTW 2 comes out next year so probably that, The Last of Us II will have high scores from critics but gamers will hate it so the user score will be horrible
I have a ps4 and didn't nor will buy bloodborne.
Their last amazing game was Super Mario Galaxy 2, everything else has just been a 7 or 8/10.
>BOTW2 comes out next year
Why do you delude yourself like this?
20fps downgraded and sickdark
I tried it but meh, it's not as good as Sekiro andi it's missing all that customization so there's no point, given the specs.
Exactly. SMG1+2 were their peak for the Wii gen. Melee and maybe Pikmin for the GCN. Wii U and Switch are beyond me. They have only a few true greats per console, however.
Imagine being this retarded
I forgot to mention chromatic aberration. The game was ugly, played poorly, didn't have a lot to do, and it was too easy for what I played of it.
Metroid Prime, Wind Waker, Melee, Eternal Darkness, Paper Mario TTYD, Mother 3 were all masterpieces
I could just play Dark Souls 1. Or 3. Or Sekiro. I'm fine with missing BB.
>played poorly, didn't have a lot to do, and it was too easy
How long did you play? 1 minute?
i sit when i play games
>Prime
Retro Games
>Melee
HAL
>Eternal Darkness
Silicon Knights
>TTYD
Intelligent Systems
>Mother 3
HAL
Nintendo owned all of those studios
Hmmm a lot of Nintendo on this list....
I killed 3 bosses.
What about it? I own my cock.Would I be responsible for all great things that come from my kids? No. They have their own creativity and agency.
They were otherworldy good before the Wii Era when they streamlined their games in favor of gimmicks
DKC Tropical Freeze was a great game.
Never touched a WiiU or Switch, but I played DKCR, so I imagine it's a masterpiece. I'll give you that for the WiiU/Switch by estimation.
>if you refuse to buy a ps4
New video games just do not do it for me anymore. I haven't bought a western triple a game in years and I dislike games with anime style. The last big games I bought were Yakuza 0 and Kiwami.
I play it at my girlfriends house on her ps4 lmao
That was me too, but after playing the games you mentioned + P5, Dragon's Crown, FF15, Spyro, and CTR I feel like I've gotten my monies worth by now.
PC is better, but I'm glad I got some use out of my PS4 after BB.
So you played like 10% of the game and complained about the lack of customization. Nigga is this your first soulsborne? You gotta kill bosses and progress to unlock stuff
It's funny because all of those games are on PC.
I didn't like a damn thing about the game is what I'm saying, are you illiterate? I like Souls and Sekiro but Bloodborne is not my kind of game in any way shape or form, and it runs and looks bad.
played on PSNow on my PC, absolutely loved it. I might pick up a used PS4 once the PS5 comes out to play the real version.
The framerate and camera need serious improvement but everything else is top notch. I pretty much bought the console for it and it was worth it.
PCniggers are mentally ill
the PS3 is not the PS4
PS2 is fantastic, PS3 is almost at that point too, PS4 will be the same in like 6 years or so.
>16 bosses only
OH NONONONOOOO HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>It's funny because all of those games are on PC.
>P5
I haven't used that emulator, but last I heard it was jank.
>Dragon's Crown
I want couch co-op, so no.
>FF15, Spyro
Timed 'exclusive'. Those were released well after I played through it on my PS4.
>CTR
The remastered version is a straight upgrade over emulating the ps1 game
how many fucking bosses do you need
16 sounds good enough
The emulator plays the PS3 versions of those games.
Other two are on PC AND have mods to improve them.
CTR:R is shit tier you cuck.
If they announced FF15 and Spyro for PC earlier, I would have held out. Which is probably why they didn't.
You didn't really refute anything except for saying CTR:R is shit.
Not liking BB or CTR:R outs you as the king of tasteless faggots
I also bought monster hunter worlds and that crash trilogy, but those games aren't exclusives. Im just more selective with my games now that they're $79.99 CAD.
You just have a different opinion, there's no reason to get all salty about it you sperg.
I bought itm it was pretty good, but not worth it a whole ps4, i want a switch.
1. Planescape: Torment
2. Morrowind
3. Bloodborne
4. Nier: Automata
5. Hollow Knight
6. Shadow of the Colossus
7. Dark Souls
8. Okami
9. Fallout: New Vegas
10. Bayonetta
Honestly same, except I feel like Bloodborne and TLG alone were worth the investment.
They objectively weren't, but I feel like it.
I'm in denial, I know.
Don't bother with the others there's one good game on the entire list
I do plan on playing a few and it's not like the ones I played were but. Some were great in fact. It's just that Bloodborne was better than any of them.
