GOTY 2019

What was your personal GOTY for 2019?
I'm withholding my opinion because all my favourite games so far this year were rereleases and remasters.

I gotta go with Devil May Cry 5, I played Sekiro which is the closest "competitor" in the genre it has, and while i liked it as a whole, I had less fun than with DMC5.

Sekino

tough question, but for me its either Metro Exodus or Astral Chain

Are we gonna have this thread every day until january 1st?

Gears 5
RE2
Metro Exodus

I didn't play a single new game this year.

>Are we gonna have this thread every day until january 1st?
Yes.

Borderlands 3 so far, previously was Kingdom Hearts 3

Definitely Borderlands 3. It's amazing, fucking amazing writing, it's perfectly optimized for the PC. Great characters. Fuck man. I am gonna rub one out on Moxxi soon.

What makes you think Jan 1st will be the last day? Yea ForumsGAs aren't until later in 2020.

Randy go to bed

>asking in September for people's GOTY
You are worthless and retarded.

max payne

Definitely DMC5. Sekiro was good but nothing really special or memorable. I'll play RE2 for October spooks. Greedfall I think is the only other from this year that I've played. Blasphemous and Code Vein (when cracked) are next.

So far I think it's Sekiro.

sekiro probably

RE2. Haven't played dmc5 or sekiro yet

Waiting for Doom Eternal to come out. If I had to give it to the game thats brought me the most amount of fun this year it would be a tie between Ion Fury and EDF 5.

So far Sekiro or Three houses but Astral Chain and DMC5 were pretty close. I've also been addicted to slay the spire but I don't think it's as "good" of a game

I have never see streamers dropping a game so fast, is it really that bad?

Sekiro

Devil May Cry 5

It just feels like such an insane title, its like something out of an alternative universe were developers still made games like they did back on the PS2, only with modern cutting edge AAA graphics and production.

Runner up is Sekiro, which I think is Froms best game to date.

Literally the only good game left to release this year is the new Doom game. It's not retarded to start asking now.

DMC5 just feels so right to play, it's basically a game from the ps2 era but with insane visuals, phenomenal cutscenes and a great soundtrack. I adore the amount of depth it has. Truly kino, Itsuno and his team have outdone themselves.

So far, Sekiro. But DOOM and Death Stranding aren’t out yet, and I haven’t played DMCV, so we shall see.

It's going to be Doom Eternal I'm sure

make this thread once doom comes out

Stop with the shill script.

>Stop liking what i don't like

I'm just a guy who loves DMC5 really

DMC V
The most fun playing with a new game release has been Iceborne though, but I guess an expansion wouldn't really count.

No you samefag. You made 2 posts mentioning the exact same thing. The “PS2-Like” feel. Which also doesn’t fucking exist, the PS2 isn’t the ONLY WELL DESIGNED games. There were well designed games on all consoles.

KH3

I just finished this. It's completely different than the kind of games I usually play and I loved it even though my ancient computer can barely handle it. Can't wait for the other parts to come out.
made me feel bad that I'm not more involved in my community and not a father...

Sekiro

Really outdated gameplay and its boring in general

Sekiro was cool, but 3H ended up being a slightly better game for me.
