I want to make a Parappa clone that uses a myriad of subgenres of modern rap, but with customization options COOL where you can record your own voice and make your own string of words you can rap when you're doing really well. Make the puppet feel less capable to control than the main player character, I like it both mechanically and realistic way. Maybe have the puppet use magic or ranged attacks to give him some neatness about him, possibly also cartoonifying it a bit.
