I don't know, half the challenges they translated over in the Spyro remakes were extremely piss easy in comparison to their PS1 counterparts
I remember in Spyro 2 there's a lategame challenge in the robo farm level where you have to flame bugs off of the scarecrows, in the remake the bugs are slow as shit and you can end this penultimate challenge in less than 5 seconds.
In the original you had to actively chase them down and they respawned constantly.

Some werent as bad but Spyro was always easier than Crash for me. N Sanes relic vehicle levels felt worse in Warped and the CTR Relics in the remake felt more obnoxious than the original. Then theres this pain in the ass.
