Does The Sims 3 still run like complete ass even with recent CPU/GPU hardware?
I already know the answer is yes, which is still a shame. Open neighborhood and create-a-style pattern tech were some of the only series improvements now lost in the mobile-tier engine Sims 4 uses.

Slider mods, new texture, fill the sim bin with good looking sims and setting nraas to only use sims in your bin to generate random sims. For existing sims there's overhauls floating around for a lot or you can just do them yourself.

The fitness scale is actually that now, a scale, if you wanted smaller but still fit sims akin to max 3 fitness you can just not increase fitness to the max.

I already said, everything you have to get an additional mod for on top of WW is in base game KW. Drugs, bestiality, rape, prostitution, brothels, strip clubs, drugs, careers, active high school, mindbreak, tentacle rape, etc., etc. It's all in KW by itself where as WW plus all it's add-ons doesn't have as much shit.

There are CC skintones that lack proper meta data to designate their ethnicity levels, so you get awful genetics. You'll have to change the kids skintone by yourself.

KW has an active high school. Works like active careers. There's students, teachers, a head master, a janitor and a nurse. Janitor likes to molest students. Head master likes to spank and extort them. Teachers teach them how to fuck and suck and offer good grades for sex. The nurse doesn't do much yet but tell students when they have an STD and offer sex. Students fuck each other and offer sex to teachers for good grades. Pretty sure the only roles active sims can take are students or teachers. Like everything in KW, though, it's only half finished.

Young Adults were introduced in The Sims 2 when University was released. It made sense, Teens about to grow up used the phone or the computer to sign up for university and when they went they'd be young adults.

saves eating themselves after a while is a pretty big issue. with s3 you just need 3 nraas mods to take care of most things. other things like the fixed routing maps help but aren't necessary.
