the technology was pretty great for the time, but going back to it makes it feel like a chore to play.
I agree it's probably one of the weakest titles in the series, driving is probably the best part of it, but even that becomes repetitive since you have to constantly drive around important characters.
Shooting is ok, the ragdolls are pretty much its saving grace, but enemies takes a few too many bullets to kill and moving between covers feels clunky and robotic.
there's just too many uninspired missions that just involves talking, drive to a guy you have to kill, and then back home.

I've never got this meme. Characters flying five miles through the air after every collision, waiving their arms and legs every time they get shot like they just got electrocuted still looks really retarded.
