Laugh out loud. Very funny post Original Poster. I rate it 5/5

minecraft HD texture packs didn't exist in the 90s

That looks like modern games, more than anything, attempting "art direction". Bad joke.

Can I save this image?

hahaha i get it because polygonal counts were much smaller in the days when gpus still used Transform Clipping and Lighting (TCL) and rasterization as its main rendering method as opposed to 2019 where everything is a programmable shader quite funny indeed good sir!

Don't even think about it

Imagine being autistic to a point where shitty twitter memes make you so angry that you come and post them ironically on your safe place imageboard to laugh at them with people as miserable as you.

What's the starting point to learn about graphics?

I did it anyways

imagine taking this post seriously

Probably Matrix and Linear Algebra, but if you wanna digress further Trigonometry.

Cubivore is legit.

If we're going to post hilarious pictures, might as well drop this here

Save it, it's all yours my friend.

Hilarious

Remember that time Pokemon shitcanned Pixelmon so it wouldn't conflate with its disgusting mobile game this blocky tiger reminds me of? Goof times.

I really really really like this image. I know some people who would love this, do you mind if I share it?

You're serious, aren't you?

user, haha. Where did you find this one?!

>I was only pretending to be retarded.

Of course Mark, I bet your kids will get a kick out of it and laugh out loud like when I first did.

Would you believe my wife did? She's so funny. God I married a wonderful woman.

Haha, I know my little one, Gabe, will love it. As for my eldest, well you know how teenagers are

Yeah, I mean when it comes to computer graphics matrices and linear algebra are used super heavily when it comes to coordinate transformations. If you were to start programming with OpenGL/DirectX or even Vulcan you'd constantly see references to matrices and vectors (which matrices/linear algebra cover) but when it comes to things like the perspective transforms and rotations you get into the realm of sines, cosines and tangents being used in these matrices.

Luckily understanding sin/cos/tan and then vectors + matrices is relatively simple and you'll never have to do more than understanding matrix and vector multiplication, you won't have to do anything like decomposing matrices and you'll likely never deal with anything larger than a 4x4.

Tomb Raider sure looks sick.

I feel privileged to have lived through the evolution of video game graphics from 1990 to 2000. Feels like there hasn't been a new paradigm for graphics since Crysis.

what the fuck how does a tiger like that exist?

No one gave a fuck about realism in the 90's, we had bigger problems.

X to the fucking D my niggers, this really X'd my D's

>they told "be there or be square"
>I laughed, thought, "what could happen?"
>Now look at me

Classic Lori

>decade of hakuna matata.
>problems.

Come on, y'all know better. This kind of image is entirely inappropriate on this Christian forum.

Normie role playing is more fun than it should be. Much more enjoyable that shitposting.

Lolololo ahahaha is of course too ancient ahahaha i troll hahaha lolololo

This flex impresses literally nobody

xD

>be there or be square they said

Thanks Lori.

if you apply this to graphics today everything looks like fucking plastic except now characters are uglier cause sjws

Its good to be king

Please explain the difference between TCL and modern game rendering like I'm 5

he's being needlessly dry, not pretentious, you asswipe

>today everything looks like fucking plastic
remember UE3? Christ, I'm glad that's done with.
