First game is great, second is full of tedious time wasting mini games and should honestly not be called a platformer. The flying levels are a fun challenge though. Can't remember much of the third game.

A little dragon killing lots of dudes to save a bunch of baras.
Then a little dragon killing lots of dudes with a bro and a ho to save indigenous peoples.
Then a little dragon and 4 animal buddies killing lots of dudes to save indigenous peoples while the bro seduces the bad guy's second-in-command.

So funny when I was a kid I prefered 3 over 2 and over 1. Now with the remaster I can see clearly 1 is the best one followed by 2 then 3.

There's no motion blur if you're playing handheld on switch and you can turn it off in settings if you're docked. Not sure why they wouldn't add the option to other versions.
