I don't much care for how water, poison, fairy and psychic are more elementals than they are golems, and dragon and bug are more like animals. I feel like flying, ghost, grass and electric really got the golem feel down, though.
Bonus points to Regiflesh for not being a golem but still being my favorite design.

A lot of those are cool looking, but don't really match what a Regi "is". Only Regifire and Regiwater really work
Rock, Ice, and Steel work because those are substantive types. A thing can "Be" Rock, Steel, or Ice.

Flying, Ground, Electric, Ghost, Fire, Water, and arguably Poison (Basically, it would have to be a nuclear/radiation Regi)
Regifire and Regiwater are already well realized.
Regiair would need to be pure vapor. You could get around it by making it like, a green vortex or something.
Regiground would need to be essentially a pile of flowing sand, soil, and/or mud. Ground is as much a sort of "flow" and shockwave type as dirt.
Regighost would have to be entirely comprised of some sort of spectral matter, either ectoplasm, or antimatter and be a fellow denizen of the Reverse World.
Regielectric would have to be a living pile of plasma.
Regipoison would kinda work, but it would have to be a kind of "radiation" Regi, essentially a small, animate nuclear reaction. Which would closely resemble regifire.

You can't "be" the other types.
You cannot "Be" dragon, or bug, and you cannot be made of psychic or fairy. Further, the regis are not life. That's the entire point, they embody inanimate things. Regigrass doesn't make sense by this logic, as don't regidragon or regibug. Arguably regipsychic. Fighting is easily the most abstract and arbitrary type, literally more of a mental type than psychic, so a regi of that type is additionally rediculous.
Regighost only works by seperating the "stuff" that a ghost is from the concept of a ghost. Or going full deepest lore and making it the reverse world counterpart to the regis that make up physical matter and energy.

I think the similarity to the "pixie" mythicals actually is intentional. Pokemon has an internal logic that that form is powerful.

Alternatively, they are the extra spice added to one subset of life created by Mew.
Mew created all non-divine life, but the Lake Trio specifically interacted with a very small subset of that life to create consciousness.
That's why in the pokemon universe, even obscenely intelligent pokemon like Alakazam still aren't fully sapient.
In the Pokemon universe, sapience isn't a factor of basic intelligence, it is a specific, defined ability provided by these guys.

So, that way of looking at it, the form that Mew and The Lake Trio take could just be a default form of life that Arceus uses when it isn't designing a cock dragon for its own amusement.
Given that Mew is specifically modeled after a fetus, things referring to that design are also referring to a fetus.
