Aigis develops last because that's when her worldview collapsed and she gained her humanity. January is her month, plus he Answer. I'm disregarding your opinion on the Answer because you're obviously biased.

Chidori's resurrection is a miraculous event and one of the few purely happy moments the game has, and is also foreshadowed heavily cause the girl shits out life energy with every step she takes. Shinji's survival is noncanon, and even if it was he still wouldn't make it far past P3 because he's still dying from the drugs.

The villains are merely aspects of death and despair, the true villains of the game. Overcoming death and finding hope amidst despair is the struggle everyone in the game faces.

It doesn't need to do much since personal conflicts take center stage as people find their roles.

Nope. P3 has really poor pacing, unnecessary grinding, and the cast is overrated.
P4 alleviates a lot of those flaws, and is only bad at the Marie parts.

I did, and the same as P4 I stopped playing something like 3/4 in. This was on an emulator with the ability to fast forward through grinding and other stuff. On the other hand, I played P5 nonstop for two weeks straight until I had it finished and enjoyed every minute of it. It's like P3 and P4 were decent prototypes and it was nearly perfected with P5. I wonder if they can do something even better with the next one.
