anyoneelse's suffering from it? I'm trying so hard to not play it. I've already downloaded and uninstalled Classic multiple times
WoW addiction
You just need to realize that there is no tangible ending with MMOs and the dopamine rush you get when your numbers get bigger with better loot is not worth the time investment. What are you progressing towards? Don't you think your time is more valued somewhere else?
>I've already downloaded and uninstalled Classic multiple times
Stop. Much like kicking my hardcore WoW addiction, relapses happen. Just remember to NEVER try drugs. Obviously WoW players suffer from life ending addiction genes.
was fun but all that greed of actiblizzard though made it sour and hops blizz learns to listen to players from now on cuz you think you do but.. enjoy random pic
Just play it bruh
The game is slow and playing with other people sucks. Shit game.
>hear the evercrack memes back in the day but played tabletop and had no interest in the mmo
>start WoW instead
>drop is after some time
>come back
>drop it
>come back
>drop it
I think Legion really truly and finally broke me on WoW.
it's not even fun, you're trying to catch that high of reaching 60 but the game is terribly unfun to grind with no features on the side to fuck around with besides bare bones professions other than engineer maybe
This logic applies to everything in existence. Our age, our monetary gain, our knowledge. Basically what I'm trying to say is that statement is implying your existence is meaningless.
Which it is.
This.
I've made a personal rule to never play games with no ending anymore. Games like WoW, Fortnite, Minecraft, etc. They will never end, and my time is better spent doing something more productive. They're serious time sinks.
play wow for the players not the game
WHITEMANE FUUUCK IM COOMING
Dungeons are fun. Leveling/grinding gold in the overworld and ganking people is fun. It's just that after you've got your level 60, your dungeon blues and epic mount, there's nothing left to progress towards in a way that isn't suicide-inducingly boring.
>Leveling/grinding gold in the overworld
I disagree
>suicide-inducingly boring
it is this if you aren't playing a meta farming class like mage
also everyone above 30 is a meta fag who only want mage dps groups for dungeons and I didn't roll a healer or tank so dungeons aren't going to be an option
But with the grind of a job, you get real money, which you can spend to buy things like food, shelter, etc.
WoW is like a digital version of the real world. It has its own economy, you can make friends, etc. but what exactly is the end game? Having a badass character with the best gear and loot that is able to obliterate lowbies? I guess that's worth the time investment for some people. To me, it's meaningless and a waste of time. You're basically doing everything just to impress people online you'll never meet.
if you;re playing it that much it's because your real life is dogshit
I played for two days, realized it was shit, and haven't logged back in since.
It was only special back in the day because it was something new and unique and ambitious and everyone was discovering the world for the first time in a non-RTS setting.
To go back now, I realize just how terrible it really was.
>it is this if you aren't playing a meta farming class like mage
Raiding/ranking are, and that's all you've left when you're done farming dungeons and your mount. The only way raiding can even be enjoyable is if you get off on being the big dick bossing people around, or you're autistically trying to minmax a hunter rotation or something.
>also everyone above 30 is a meta fag who only want mage dps groups for dungeons and I didn't roll a healer or tank so dungeons aren't going to be an option
I'm sorry to hear that, the dungeons were always one of my favorite parts of the game.
>imagine being addicted to this garbage
It would be insulting to call trash like you even human
b
And at the end of the day all those things will perish and you will perish and sooner after no one will remember you or the things you've done or who you know.
Life... is meaningless.
genuinely never understood how the fuck people get addicted to MMOs lmao
you have to be such a retard to not see them for what they are
Why are people throwing a fit and acting like babies because I rolled Need on something everyone else Greeds on? I NEED it for disenchanting. They didn't want it, obviously, otherwise they would've rolled Need. I've been threatened with blacklisting. Is getting blacklisted really that big of a deal, and do people even check that shit? What if I just make an alt character to do that with and send the greens to my main?
