Get the boots of blinding speed and create a custom spell of 100% spell resist for 2 seconds. Unless you want to walk everywhere at a grueling pace.

This may make the world feel somewhat smaller though. Depends how much walking you want to do.

So, say your Endurance is 30. You will gain 3 (yes ONLY 3 health) when you level up.
But say you pump your endurance up to 40 later. You don't get an extra Health at that point. Health is determined on level up, and is permanent at what you get, there.

To resist the blind effect. 1 second is hard to get the timing right, 2 seconds is easy.

On that note; don't worry about minmaxing every level up. It's a waste of time because the enemies are balanced around you not going for 555s every level.

I used that too and I hated how it changed the entrance to Dagoth Ur. What used to be a fucking awesome entrance in the crater of Red Mountain was turned into a mundane door in the side of the mountain.

Only install RunFaster-Fast.ESP, the rest of them are not necessary and they're too fast.
If it isn't obvious, this is a run faster mod and Morrowind's default run speed even with speed stat at 100 is slow as fuck and makes traveling pretty much unbearable.

That's probably not the case for every named NPC, but there are probably a good amount out there where you can learn tidbits about them from sleuthing.

There’s a glitch that lets spell effects be permanent; ie permanent fortitude boosts, permanent conjured weapons and permanent summons. Do as thou wilt chosen one

im kinda just using it as a backdrop, i barely have the time to do all of Vvardenfell as is

im pretty sure it just removes a lot of the unrelated dialogue options you can click on, that are attributed to way too many NPCs for no particular reason

It's more that the feeling that Tamriel rebuilt gives off is different to that of the base game.
It's better to play through the first time with a closer-to original feel than having wildly opposing feels battling for control of your first experience.

It's mostly that just having the mod installed will change a few things for the base game experience:

There's a point in the base game (Tribunal) where you head to a city on the mainland. Tamriel Rebuilt changes it.

Using a divine or ALMSIVI intervention scroll in the wrong spot will send you to the mainland instead of a spot on Vvardenfell, usually with no way back.
