So, I've never played a fire emblem game before and I don't like turn based JRPGS, but I keep wanting to give this game a shot. I'm actually willing to sit down and give this game it's fair shake and play it all the way through but I just wanted to know if this game is actually worth it, is it good? If I'm new to the franchise and don't have much experience with JRPGs is this a good one start off with?

All unit have 3 level. They got different call when selected and face between full, half life and close to dead. Low hp sounds like they ready to fall over any moment

Also Edelgard is perfectly sane in her route. The game's main theme is sung from her perspective and the importance Byleth represents for her. So it is no surprise she does not turn out a malicious tyrannical dictator. It's even more interesting because she is completely self aware what she would have turned into (BL, GD, and Church routes) if Byleth wasn't by her side.

BL is a great personal story revolving around its main lord and the relationships he has with other characters, GD's a great overarching narrative about Fodlan itself and its history
BE is.....um.....it's.....uh....huh.
BE is a very interesting "what if" sort of route where you side with the would be conqueror and effectively bulldoze over all the other factions. I think what makes it feel weak to some people is just how little pizazz it has compared to the other routes, theres a single cutscene and that's it, you deal with the Slitherers off screen, etc. If they were to beef this route up through updates that would be great and serve to place it on equal footing with the other routes
