You got it wrong. Link going wolf isn't directly caused by the Triforce, the Triforce just protects him from Twilight cancer so he becomes less monstruous and the result is the wolf, normally he would never transform into a wolf, it's just a Twilight issue
And Ganon doesn't need the triforce to go pig, any strong source of power can transform him (see the trident in FSA). The pig form is just Ganondorf's true-self awakened by a big power, Triforce or not.

That was the effect of the Dark World transforming people who entered into ironic forms. Link's defining characteristic is his courageousness, so he was transformed into an animal known for fleeing at the first sign of danger. Same reason why Ravio in ALBW dressed in a rabbit costume.
And it couldn't have been the Triforce anyways since Ganon was in possession of all three pieces from the beginning of LttP until Link defeats him.
