I think they're a stupid mechanic that don't fulfill the purpose that they're intended to do, much like autobalance, but people should honestly stop whining about them and learn to work with them. Being butthurt about crits means you don't accept reality.

I think Snowycoast favours BLU too much. You can basically just spawn camp the reds and the time sinks (gates openings at final stage, for instance) barely compensate for that.
Only 2nd stage is easy to defend.

If valve would update one map, kept the style, or updated the style to the quality of 2fort levels of detail and AESTHETIC. And subsequently updated the map design to engineer update levels.

If there's a good sniper on Harvest the game instantly becomes unplayable for the enemy team, unless someone is dedicated to picking them. The only explanation I have for this is that most of Yea Forums mains sniper or spy like the scum they are.

I've seen shotgun stock Engis topscore (and #1) on Harvest relatively often. The best place for a level 2 sentry is right here. It's well-protected by cover, shuts down the open space for Soldiers and Scouts flying in, and catches everyone off guard.

It's understandable, the map is fairly small and there's a lot of chokepoints. You're basically vulnerable everywhere on that map with how everyone roams. Setting up a proper sentry just isn't very feasible when you can shut down an area just throwing down a mini wherever. I hate playing mini engie most of the time and I still will opt for it on harvest.

The reason I try to keep it level 2 is it makes it easier to switch positions while mitigating risks during downtime. Level 3s take a full 2 seconds longer to re-deploy, and that's an eternity in TF2.

honestly one of my favorites. I love how a huge chunk of the map is void of traffic so you can always dick around behind the enemy team on either side.

Last point should have more cover for blue to approach the choke tough. Have to go through a choke point just to get to the secondary chokepoint. Then make a leap of faith and hope no sentries are on the point.

Does anyone else get low fps despite having a good computer? I shouldn't be dipping down to 30 fps on a GTX 1060 3GB playing a 12 year old game on an even older engine.

what's your cpu looking like? and are you on directx 8 or 9?

I'm not a technical person nor do I have a deep knowledge of this but I have heard that TF2 relies more on your CPU to render stuff like particle effects and other stuff while the GPU just sits there.
