Nintendo and Sakurai gave themselves a bit of an out by making it unclear just who was choosing this line of DLC characters but I feel like Terry was at least someone he wanted in. The only questionable pick so far has been Joker, and I guess it just goes to show that we're lucky to have people that care about video games and their history making the big decisions.

I'm the person that knows who Terry is, but still don't really give a shit because Sakurai will half-ass it and make Joker seem like a joke compared to the real king of similarities when put right next to Ken.

Also, there's nothing extraordinary about his moveset that distinguishes him from the fighters that we do already have, unless Sakurai shoves a gimmick you'll either like or hate right into his ass to make him stand out.

his specials are better at beating short hops than ryu's or ken's, and his moveset in general fits smash's gameplay better than the SF characters do.
