I personally think quantum break was a better game.
The only thing control has over quantum is better visuals due to RTX.
But the gameplay loop and story are better in quantum break.
Most importantly it was more fun to play and use the guns/powers in quantum break compared to control.
I have no idea why control was so stale in comparison.
