People said that Konami considered a PC port a year ago that would work like the arcade version, but I guess it was just a rumor.
We didn't get an official release of the new Daytona on PC either, even though it is playable on PC already. Japan probably thinks that people hate arcades in the west (that and animu girls, and bombergirl is full of them).
