Some characters looks kinda dull depending on the stage.

You're kinda right, but that's the point. There's a problem, some characters like Bowser looks dull AF and sometimes the stages doesn't even let you to see the characters on it.
Is not about technical issues, is about color, shadows, brightness and contrast

You only made things worse by giving the screenshots an ugly amount of saturation and by doing so you have made the contrast even worse.
Fixing a game's color contrast isn't as simple as just slapping filters on top of the whole thing, you need to actually dive in and alter each asset individually.
This is so painfully amateurish that it's actually kinda funny in a sad way.
