Going by what I read, Diamond in the Rough is more of a deconstruction of Touhou fanfiction than actual Isekai tropes. It also doesn't really follow the canon lore that well.

Losing the ability to chase UFOs because you barely move during your bomb is awful, and while the lasers are good for UFOs they have some downsides is piss poor coverage (in a game where fairies will shit out way too many bullets if you don't kill them)
She has weaknesses either way that the other two simply don't have to worry about.
But yeah Marisa B UFO is way worse for survival and the bomb is complete ass on it.
