what is the point of the FF7 remake? I mean not only is the game not even half of the full game (Midgar isn't even all of disk one, it's basically a fucking prologue) and everyone already experienced the story TWENTY YEARS AGO.

More excited for Death Stranding. I have an Xbox One X (worlds current most powerful console) and its hard to believe Death Stranding and Final Fantasy VII: Remake are Playstation Exclusives only, like really.

I love remakes. I enjoy seeing the games I loved as a child reimagined and made accessible to people now who wouldn't otherwise be interested in them. My kids aren't gonna fucking play the original Crash PS1 games, but they will play N. Sane Trilogy. Most people aren't going to be bothered to emulate Final Fantasy 7, but they will play this remake, which looks to me like it has a fuckton of effort being put into it.
