It's my favorite RTS and imo one of the best/most underrated ones
I loved it. Haven't played it in forever. Trying to manage planes was a real pain in the ass though.
The one macro RTS to rule them all.
"Caveman grunts"
If you dont think space race on planets was the tightest fucking shit you ain't my nigga and best get out of my face
>tfw teleporting your terminators into a bronze age city and watching the player give up all hope

I really want Empire Earth with Ancestor Legacy graphics.
it was fun, i definitely played it a good bit as a kid but i remember getting into Rise of Nations sometime when I was 13 and it became my second favorite RTS next to AoE2
They had more detail than CNC generals units.
Did any one play empire dawn of modern world? Thought was petty good having three different faction.
nigga in at least in CNC it doesn't allow you to zoom in each troop face.
They look creepy and shit
Overrated as fuck. Worst cheating AI in any RTS I ever played. I remember when I first realized the AI was acting suspicious I fired up a skirmish and spent a good while perfecting that map's start so that I could advance to the first age as fast as possible while defending myself and finding the enemy base. When I finally got it, I got ready to tech up, sent a caveman over to get vision of the enemy base and then as SOON as I hit the new age, the AI did the same at the exact same time despite visibly lacking the infrastructure needed for it.
I uninstalled that shit immediately.
At least you can what the fucking infantry are in empire earth. The fucking usa infantry look like a skinny smurf holding a stick.
I love its alternate history campaigns, it's a shame most strategy games don't go that route, but technically the game is very much starting to show its years, it's never been really that graphically impressive, but now it's just ugly as sin.The 3D in it is not nice to look at in the slightest.
Why did almost every late 90s/early 00s RTS have absolute god tier voice acting?
One of my favorite fucking games. Too bad it has issues playing on Windows 10
I loved the greek, medieval and tutorial campaigns. Top tier atmosphere and great music.
Didn't care much about post-renaissance eras.
I wish the stone age was a bit more fleshed out, since it had cool aesthetics and made the natural world feel much more dangerous and mysterious.
The best SFX in any RTS game.
Especially the prophet

What's the issues? I been playing the GoG version fine on 10.
I think it's a shame that almost all campaigns opt to just recreate historical events instead of going with time travel or alternative history shenanigans. The tutorial Aztec campaign in EE2 show a potential what could you made with alt-history plot, but they didn't follow it in the other campaigns.
>TFW playing it on my MacBook via Wineskin
WE'RE UNDER ATTACK
