I just don’t know.
As much as I love both games, I don’t know if any of the more SG characters wouldn’t clash with UNIB’s relatively more grounded characters.
I mean, I can see Filia and Samson walking around in UNIB. They could do a thing where Filia fights Hilda and Samson talks shit the entire time because he’s fought greater and stronger things. But I can’t see Mrs. Fortune or Peacock there, because that’d be too weird.
Plus, there’s the problem of translating the gameplay. Filia would lose the ability to do light, medium, and heavy Ringlet Spikes. She’d get light and heavy, and C would become a super version of Ringlet Spike when she has the meter to do it. And that’s another thing, Ringlet Spike doesn’t have a super version, so they’d have to make one up, AND they’d have to give her a veil off animation and a force function.

Someone mentioned that Skullgirls would make for a great set of DLC in Blazblue Cross Tag Battle, and I have to agree. The gameplay styles are very similar, and the UNIST art style could be used for the characters. I remember the UNIST artist actually did some Filia fanart and it looked pretty good.
