There are no real clones of F-Zero. There‘s one in early access on Steam, but god knows how that‘ll turn out.
There are however other futuristic racing games. Fast RMX is a pretty decent Nintendo exclusive. Very fast, but pretty straightforward. They stole the announcer from GX which is neat.
Redout is a multiplat that‘s also on Switch. Again, it‘s not an F-Zero clone, but it is an amazing hover racer that has quite a learning curve. Also some cool shenanigans with tracks on other planets and in space.
