Yuffie is incredible though. (About 9,7/10.) She'd be the best female character if you put her in any mainline game except VII, BCVII, IX and XIII-2.

Not that guy, but I do think that Clouds's new English VA is better than the old one at least to the point where I could actually get used to that voice for a whole game (though personally I'd still prefer Sakurai's JP voice for Cloud).
