This might depend on the TV you play on. I think the CRTVs do have the orange, more modern TVs might be more brown.

You are right, but at the same time I think bottom right is too saturated? Maybe a midway between top and that one, don't know.

Some consoles would have slightly different video output due to slight manufacturing differences, age, and wear and tear. There's really no canon set of colors. Not even Nintendo could stick to 1 palette.

Wildly varies by TV - there is only one set of "correct" colors but you'd have needed really expensive equipment to see them properly back then. Now any LCD will display the correct colors fairly accurately, but the discrepancies in the bottom row come from various emulators trying to adjust the colors in such a way as to more "accurately" reproduce what you'd see on a CRT.
