I wouldn't really say it's Yumi’s fault. It's her popularity that killed the series. I know I sound like a Yumifag but I just don’t hate Yumi but I'm willing to admit the Yumi pandering caused the series to drop in quality.
As much as I despise their policy, the series was already on the rocks before Sony got woke. Questionable writing and general character bloat pretty much sunk the series.
