Gay game
Yeah this game is a movie, a really bad one though.
no u
>it's was all an experiment
>you end up inside... a ball of flesh
That ending was stupid.
Looks like it went over your head.
A game that is about a hivemind created in a lab to control lower class citizens for forced labor using one of said citizens to save itself from captivity
Can't blame the narrative for lacking originality, at least.
I like the game. Ending is a nice twist. The game only lacks tits
This game was great.
Some of the deaths in that game were strangely grisly.
Playdead are so fucking good; the way they introduce mechanics and concepts without any prompt whatsoever ought to be taught to every game designer.
This game was much better than Limbo.
>teaching game designers
no sweaty, that's exclusionary
The whole final part in the lab is so fucking good
Vagueness != depth
At the end you still inside but they trick you to think you arenĀ“t
holy fuck...just, wow...
So is the secret ending in the bunker just a killswitch designed to destroy the hivemind then?
What about the models in the lab that depict the very scene that the game ends on? Was the breakout planned by whatever corporation is running the show? If so, why?
You go outside and die on the beach. You can't get more kino than that.
>when you realize that the game is actually about a corporation which is taking people from outside the city to create braindead zombies because they break down and die too quickly but you're an epic gamer child so you slip through their defenses and then you combine with one of the hivemind masses of dead zombie bodies and kill their boss and destroy everything and escape except you don't make it to the water where your mermaid friend's civilization and safety is so you just sit on the shoreline for eternity slowly rotting away
The "lake" and its beach are in a large hall inside the lab complex. You didn't break out, the whole thing was planned for, as evidenced by the miniature model of that exact scene inside the lab that you pass when escaping.
As to what purpose it was done for...

I absolutely loved the beginning segment with the cops and the dogs, and I loved the part with the scary water girls that'd kill you.
Rest of the game was... okay? I didn't care for the ending or the actual story, and that's simply because it wasn't the kind of story and ending to the game I thought I'd be playing when I started.
