Yes, XCX is basically what you get if you take the gameplay of Xenoblade Chronicles and apply it to a Xenogears or Xenosaga type of plot, though without religion playing that big of a role.

Inaba has been teasing it for months. I think they've finally gotten Nintendo to greenlight a port. The game sold so poorly that it took this long to get it probably.

Once W101 gets ported I can either crack the fuck out of my WiiU without worry or sell it. Probably crack it though, it runs Gamecube natively because of the virtual Wii which is super useful.

Maybe, but they'd have to fix the text size to accommodate for handheld mode and the Lite.

Wii U is easy to hack though and there's basically no penalty. You can even use online freely too. But at this point I'm thinking of taking my Wii U down since I already have a Wii and Gamecube with an OSSC and most of the Wii U's games are being ported to the Switch,.

They were able to use some of the music last year for Xenoblade 2's DLC, I don't think getting the license is a problem.

Probably not. The only games that could possibly remain exclusive by the end of the Switch are Fatal Frame 5, Devil's Third, Nintendo Land, Game and Wario, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse and PM: Color Splash.
