if you just want to unlock the slots for the DLC costumes in the costume select so that you can install mods over them, you don't even need the actual DLC costume files; you can just make blank text files and rename them to have the same names as the DLC costume files and the game will act like you own them

My only issues with this is that i know a Japanese dev made RE girls and i am hardwired to understand that all Japanese female made characters have pubic hair. Every doujin i have read that features the likes of Claire, Jill, Ada or Sherry also confirms this.
