What went wrong?

Game came out right before DotA 2 TI battlepass, people would rather play DotA 2 rather than this shitty RNG fiesta. The whole auto chess thing is already over.

auto chess was a short-lived meme

TFT won against the trash valve put out and the genre if you want to call it that was flavor of the month and is falling off since even the most retarded kids realize its nothing but a rng simulator

we have a winner

they won't make it less of a complete and fucking utter rng shitfest compared to it's competition

but nah let's add barricades and targets that are even more rng retardation that help the already strongest builds

Epic dabbed on Valve by buying out the modders.

For something that low effort is this even that bad? Not every game has to be the new Fortnite.

This. Even league's auto battler is dead

No scratch and sniff trading cards that let you smell the heroes

>Gabe has utterly annihilated this guy without even doing a thing, not even acknowledging that he exists

who are you quoting?

ur mum. cuck

It must drive Timmy mad that Gabe refuses to acknowledge he exists while he shit talks Valve every day.

There's several measures taken by Valve in pure panic over the last year, in direct response to Epic.

Like what?

>30% cut goes to 25 or 20% for the largest titles
>Review "bomb" censorship
>Begging Todd and 2K behind the scenes to not take the next Elder Scrolls and GTA/RDR off Steam
>Hasty Steam UI changes that look like complete shit (although that was in a panic response to GoG's 2.0 update)
>Meme gimmick called "Steam Labs" because people started asking questions about Valve employees not doing anything at all
The first ones are a direct response to publisher concerns. The last ones probably happened because the fat man told his employees to stop fucking around and do something.

Source?
>Hasty Steam UI changes that look like complete shit (although that was in a panic response to GoG's 2.0 update)
The UI change preview has been around since before epic's store got off the ground

I tried it, but it just wasn't very much fun.
Turns take too long, not enough happens to keep me (or other viewers) really interested in shit, too RNG based to be taken seriously.
Barebones tutorial that doesn't really explain nuances unless you dedicate a shitload of time into it, which I really can't be fucked with right now.
I wouldn't call it shit, but it just seems like its a very niche thing that might keep a small, dedicated group of people playing, but theres just not enough to keep the onions-faced making twitch streamers interested.

Proof?

stfu twitchdrone

And now they get to release a game months after the fad has died

t.Tim Sweeney

Tfw d2ac is still the best and alive

>compared to it's competition
Did you even play riot version? It is even more of a rng fiesta and the only reason it is doing better is because it is based on lol.

Queen here in dac and lord in underlords.
DAC is a far inferior game.

Dead genre.
