Port it to hardware that can actually run it with a bare minimum level of performance.
How do we make it good?

You cant make childrens entertainment good
Video games are children's entertainment.
Remove MJ and Miles sections.
Add multiplayer. Races, challenges, co-op, deathmatch, keep away, etc.
It is already good, but it could be great.
The DLC's are experimenting with some different stuff, and I think if they can make everything more nuanced, like every single gameplay mechanic, the game could become something legends are made of.
If they could make the swinging less lenient, more nuanced and improve the animations so that it doesn't look weird at those certain times (also uncap the swing speed but I think that one is already in the cards). Maybe some more dynamic web mechanics for combat and even more fidelity in the environment based mechanics.
Dodging into walls and jumping off of them for an attack feels great but not entire intuitive currently. In general, web mechanics in combat should be expanded and more dynamic in a way that encourages experimenting kind of like Just Cause 3 and 4 with how you can attack cables to objects in any way you want.
I thought it was good. If you wanted to make it better get rid of the non Spider-Man parts. There was little more frustrating than playing as MJ or Miles and slowly walking/sneaking around one little area of the game. I would have preferred something like Spider-Man infiltration missions where you use wall crawling to avoid pressure traps and laser sensors.
That's all that really comes to mind.
Excuse me? Did I read that wrong? Spiderman (PSX) and Ultimate Spiderman are some of the best Spiderman games and both have Venom and Carnage.
It's good, but to make it GREAT, it needs WEB OF SHADOWS COMBAT
Web of Shadows was a really fun game. It also had probably the best Black Cat
