It looks like you didn't sketch anything and started by doing lines, which makes it difficult to get proportions and posing right. You're pressing very hard on the paper, too. You don't have to achieve the greatest amount of contrast between the paper and pencil's colors.
Think of things in simplified 3D shapes rather than just lines.

I usually do really thin sketching, then draw the final thick lines over it, erase the sketch-lines underneath and restore any of the proper lines that might've gotten erased afterwards.
